Book Review: Done and Dusted

I guess I’m a romance girly now. This was my first cowboy romance and was nervous going into it but Luke freaking Brooks is so hot. Since I don’t have a brother, the brother’s best friend trope is really not relatable, for me I think that might be for the best, but I ain’t judgin’. I found Emmy to be really relatable and likeable which helped me get into it so quickly. She is going through a big life change that she’s not comfortable talking about which I heavily relate to as someone who internalizes literally everything. Wish I could move to Rebel Blue, sounds soooo beautiful. 

Spoiler Alert 

I really liked the ending… she couldn’t hold in her love for him when she was happy and her brother’s genuine reaction in punching Brooks LOL.
